How do you make a blueberry smoothie?

Smoothies are an extremely delicious and easy breakfast or snack that take just 5 minutes to make. As long as you are organised by buying fruit and freezing them, you should always have plenty of ingredients to hand. All you need to do is grab some frozen blueberries, a banana, vanilla Greek yogurt and the milk of your choice. Just blend in a blender until smooth. How simple is that?

Ingredients – serves 2

1 & ½ cups of skimmed dairy milk or almond milk
1 & ½ cups of blueberries
3/4 cup of Greek yogurt
1 banana


Place the milk, banana, blueberries and Greek yogurt in a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into glasses and serve, top with blueberries and mint as a garnish if desired.
