Our story
Made by a family who needed it themselves.
Super Health Essentials was created by Catherine and Patrick Fox.
After Catherine was diagnosed with osteopenia, she went looking for one supplement that had everything her bones and joints needed. She couldn’t find it, so she built it.
She brought together the top joint ingredients in a single scoop: collagen, glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, B vitamins, zinc, selenium and more. That became Joint Essentials, and it regularly sells out online.
One supplement with everything she needed. When she couldn’t buy it, she made it.
Next came Heart Essentials, formulated with Patrick in mind. With a strong family history of heart concerns, he wanted to be proactive about his heart health, so they built a nitric oxide formula around L-arginine and L-citrulline, with thiamine and more.
One product became two. Two became a whole range, each one made in Ireland to the same standard: everything you need, properly dosed, and nothing you don’t.
