They form a legally binding contract between Super Health Essentials Ltd and you, so please read them before you buy. Information about the Website and the Goods
We work to keep every description and price on the Website accurate, but mistakes can happen. We'll correct errors as soon as reasonably possible, and if we believe an error has affected your order, we'll let you know.

The information on the Website is a guide only. It is not medical advice and should not be used to self-diagnose. Our products are not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical practitioner, and they are not intended to cure, treat or prevent any illness. Please check with your doctor before taking any of our products, especially if you take prescription or long-term medication, are pregnant, are buying for a child, or have an ongoing illness. Read the label and packaging of every product before use.
The sale of non-prescription medicines is regulated by the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland. As the law requires, we keep a record of each such sale for 2 years.
Placing an order
You can order online, by phone or WhatsApp at any time. Orders are processed Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Your order is an offer to buy. When you place it, we email you an order confirmation. If a product is unavailable, we'll tell you and you won't be charged for it. We may refuse an order for any reason.
Promotions and discounts
Discounted products can't be discounted further with another promotion or code unless we say otherwise.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If you pay with a non-euro card, your card provider sets the exchange rate. We may change prices or withdraw products without notice.
Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. Your full card details are never shared with us.
Subscriptions and store credit
Subscriptions renew automatically on the schedule you choose and can be changed, paused or ended from your account before the next renewal. Store credit in your account can be used at checkout.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details correct and confidential.

General
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as strikes, failures of third-party systems or networks, severe weather, natural disasters, civil unrest or malicious damage.
We guarantee that our Goods are of satisfactory quality and fit for their normal purpose. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or purchase of Goods from the Website, or from reliance on its information, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or where the law does not allow us to exclude liability.
These Terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
