Cancel your order

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Email info@superhealthessentials.ie with your order number and the reason for the cancellation.

If your order has already been dispatched, return the products unopened and in good condition, securely packed, to:

We recommend a tracked or recorded delivery service. For health and hygiene reasons, we can't accept products that have been opened or used. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned products. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, we also refund your return postage in full. For any other return, the cost of sending it back is yours.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order if we don't have enough stock, if we don't deliver to your area, or if a product was listed at the wrong price because of a typing or pricing error. If we do, we'll let you know by email and refund any payment in full within 14 days.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
